West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital’s (WCCH’s) commitment to excellence is furthered by the visionary leadership of its Administrative team.  The team is comprised of eight leaders that provide oversight to various aspects of hospital operations, as well as play key roles in facility strategy and implementation.  Please see below for a detailed description of each of the individuals that comprise this team.

Janie Doucet Frugé, CEO of WCCCH  Janie Doucet Frugé, FACHE, assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer in July 2013.  Prior to serving in her most recent role as Chief Operating Officer, Frugé served as Chief Nursing Officer/Vice President of Patient Care at the organization.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from McNeese State University and Masters of Science in business administration and nursing from the University of Phoenix.  In addition to serving the hospital in her current capacity, Frugé also serves on the Board of Directors for the Calcasieu Medical Society Foundation, as well as the Chamber SWLA Alliance.  She has been with WCCH for 19 years.
Jennifer Cagle Ackel, Corporate Compliance and HIPPA Privacy Officer of WCCH Jennifer Cagle Ackel, CHC, CHPC, serves as the Corporate Compliance and HIPPA Privacy Officer.  She is responsible for the implementation of daily compliance and privacy activities.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Services from The University of Alabama and an Associates in nursing from Jefferson State College in Birmingham, and a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from Walden University.  She has been with WCCH since 2012.
Tammy S. Broussard, Chief Financial Officer of WCCH
Jobie James, MBA, serves as Chief Financial Officer.  She provides administrative oversight to the hospital’s patient financial services and finance departments, in addition to admissions, physician services/clinics, physical medicine, and health information management departments.  Prior to serving in her current capacity, she served as Assistant Chief Financial Officer and Chief Financial Officer for two Community Health Systems affiliated hospitals.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Masters of Business Administration degree from McNeese State University.
Christi Kingsley, Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development of WCCH
Christi Kingsley serves as Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development.  She directs all aspects of Human Resources for the hospital and provides administrative oversight for organizational training and development, environmental services and Dynamic Dimensions Fitness Centers.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University and has been with WCCH since 1995. 
J.W. Peloquin, Director of Facilities Management/Safety Officer of WCCH
J.W. Peloquin, BSRT (R)(N) serves as Vice President of Facilities Management/Safety Officer.  He is responsible for construction and facility projects, and provides administrative oversight to the hospital’s plant operations and cardiology departments.  He also leads all hospital safety initiatives.  He will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, in addition to directing, planning, and managing all renovation projects, new construction, and land purchases.  Prior to serving in his current capacity, Peloquin served as Radiology Director.  He is a graduate of McNeese State University and holds a certification in nuclear medicine from Baylor University in Houston.  He has been with WCCH since 1996.  
Brenda K. Quesnel, Vice President of Patient Care/Chief Nursing Officer of WCCH
Brenda K. Quesnel, BSN, MBA, serves as Vice President of Patient Care/Chief Nursing Officer.  She leads WCCH patient care departments and has worked in the areas of corporate compliance, patient safety, quality management, and case management – serving as the organization’s Corporate Compliance and Patient Safety Officer, HIPAA Privacy Officer, and Risk Manager.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Walden University.  Prior to joining WCCH, she served as Chief Nursing Officer at another healthcare facility.  She has over 30 years’ experience in health care, and has been with WCCH since 2010.
Loyd (Trey) Rion III, Chief Information Officer of WCCH
Loyd (Trey) Rion III, BSN, RN, serves as Chief Information Officer.  He provides administrative oversight to the hospital’s information technology programs as well biomedical engineering program.  He holds Bachelors of Science degrees in both nursing and mass communications from McNeese State University, and has been with WCCH since 2008.
